MAINTENANCE

By performing the maintenance for more than 30 % of all the Belgian helicopters Heli Service Belgium is the largest fully certified JAR 145 helicopter maintenance facility in Belgium offering line and base maintenance including the following :
Troubleshoot, inspect, repair and service helicopters, systems and related equipment. Inspect and functionally check helicopter structures and systems. Check installed components for proper operation. Adjust, align and calibrate helicopter systems. Rig, track and balance rotor systems. Inspect fuel leaks, corrosion, skin damage and cracks.
Accomplish engine maintenance and ground handling tasks. Prepare and maintain inspection and maintenance records. Disassemble helicopters for shipment and reassemble.

Advise on problems maintaining helicopters and related support equipment.

Though highly proficient in the repair and maintenance of helicopters, HSB mechanics are recognized as some of the most skilled helicopter technicians in the region.
